You'll work directly with me, Krystian, from start to finish. I personally handle all communication, scheduling, and on-site coordination to make sure everything runs smoothly and you always know what's happening. Whether it's a quick update, a design question, or a change in scope, you'll always have one consistent, reliable point of contact throughout your entire project.
Yes, I’m happy to help with design. We always start with your style, preferences, and the overall vision you have for your space. From there, I guide you through material choices, layouts, and options that fit both your taste and your budget. If you’d like more in‑depth design support, I also collaborate with trusted local designers who can help bring your ideas to life with professional plans and detailed concepts.
Yes, I do. I guide you through choosing the right materials for your project, whether it’s fixtures, finishes, flooring, or hardware. I help you compare options, understand quality differences, and select materials that fit your style, budget, and the overall vision for your space. My goal is to make the process simple and confident from start to finish.
Yes. I guide you through the permit requirements for your project and help determine what needs to be submitted. When a permit is necessary, I assist with gathering the right information, coordinating with the township, and making sure everything is filed correctly so your project can move forward smoothly and without delays.
I build the schedule around your family’s daily routine and household flow to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. We start by discussing your preferences, ideal working hours, and any specific needs related to children, pets, or quiet times in the home. From there, I create a clear plan that respects your comfort, minimizes disruption, and keeps the project moving efficiently. Throughout the job, I stay flexible and communicate regularly so we can adjust the schedule if anything changes on your end.
I make sure that my estimates are flexible so you’re in the best position to make changes at any point during the project. To do this, my estimate focuses on the labor and rough materials, which typically remain consistent throughout the job. All finished products, such as fixtures, hardware, tile, or other selections, are entirely in your domain. This gives you the freedom to exchange, replace, or change your mind comfortably as we go. If you decide to adjust anything, I’m here to guide you through the options and make the process smooth and stress‑free.
Yes. I assist with placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and making sure everything arrives when it’s needed for your project. If there are any discounts or promotions I’m eligible for through my suppliers, I’ll gladly share those with you so you can get the best value possible.
Yes. I coordinate debris removal by working directly with your local waste management or dumpster services. Together, we make sure the right size dumpster is delivered on time and that all construction debris is removed safely and efficiently throughout the project. This helps keep your home clean, organized, and running smoothly from start to finish
Keeping your home clean and safe is always a top priority. We take several steps to protect your space and minimize disruption. Whenever possible, we isolate the work area from the rest of the house by putting up plastic foil barriers with zip‑door entrances. This helps seal off the space and keeps dust from spreading throughout your home. We also cover nearby HVAC returns to prevent dust from traveling through your heating and cooling system, and at the end of the project, we replace the air filter in your air handler if necessary. Floors are protected with the appropriate coverings, such as tarps, heavy‑duty paper, or cardboard runners, depending on the surface and level of protection needed. Throughout the project, we maintain a clean, organized workspace and remove debris regularly to ensure your home stays as safe and comfortable as possible.
